I am Naleem, a chef who specializes in world-class Sri Lankan and Fusion Cuisine. I’m based in Wexford, where I work as a private and consultant chef. The food I create is a true reflection of my personality, featuring thoughtfully expressive dishes that celebrate my Sri Lankan heritage, as well as my experiences in the Middle East and Europe.
Throughout my career, which spans over three decades, I’ve worked alongside Michelin star chefs and celebrity chefs. These experiences have been instrumental in my culinary journey, allowing me to learn and grow continually.
It’s all about building new relationships, helping businesses thrive, and giving back to the food community by positively promoting the culinary industry. I’m deeply passionate about what I do, and I’m committed to making a meaningful contribution to the world of food.
